I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Information Technology at the Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech.  I received my Ph.D. in Information Systems and Operations Management from Emory University.

My research sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, behavioral economics, and health IT. I use econometric and experimental methods to study how people and organizations make decisions, and how technology and policy can be designed to improve efficiency and equity in healthcare. My work has been published in Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Operations Research, and Production and Operations Management.
